YOUNG ONSET PARKINSON'S | MOVEMENT | RESEARCH | REPRESENTATION | FAMILY | FAITH | HOPE

WHAT IS FUELED BY DOPA?
I’m Sat—a husband, father to two girls, Sikh, and fitness enthusiast. Diagnosed with Young Onset Parkinson’s in my late 30s, I created Fueled By Dopa to document the unfiltered reality of this journey. It’s not a polished highlight reel; it’s about the struggle and the strength, capturing days when my body cooperates and the many instances it refuses to.
From parenting and faith to advocacy and research, this space is about moving forward despite the obstacles. This is my experience. Not everybody’s Parkinson’s will look like mine. By sharing my path openly, I hope to help others navigating this diagnosis feel less alone.

MOVE WITH PURPOSE

CHANGE THE PICTURE
